Hello breath, hello heart, hello breathing body
How are you? How is your breath? How is your heart?
One hand on the heart, and one on the belly. Pause.
Close your eyes. Ah, beautiful. Can I have another deeper breath?
Smile.
Ah, there you are.
Hi. It’s nice to welcome in your body. What a joy to have a moment to pause, feel and breathe.
“You have arrived”. I wonder how often you get to just arrive, and to pause while you read.
Here is my invitation: put a timer for three minutes, and come say hi back to me. perhaps, you would want to introduce yourself to me, and especially how you feel. perhaps, you can send me a quick note via my contact form? perhaps, you can give me a smile, and say goodbye. I will take “hello” any day in these very urgent, fast pace times when I just want to slow down, and hold your hand and heart. Because…why not? Connection. Communication. Healing. Feeling. How may I be of service today? That’s the most important part to this beating heart of mine.
And, this is simply my way of saying, have a moment to have a moment and appreciate the mundane…as this is the magic, to have a moment and take it all in-one genuine smile, one long pause for awhile. The sense of you spending time for you, and actually considering a moment to say “hi” to me. What a privilege to have a moment!
I will stay in my gratitude bubble until I hear back from you, and your beating heart that may have some curiosity to chat with a stranger. Tea is on me. Healing is on us.
May we feel the joy in knowing I got your back :o) : spine, spirit, and soul: what a strong and brave soul to say hello! :o)
In the infinite we meet.
My name is Maggie. What’s yours? I will take your spirit animal, too :o)
