Moving with less stress, and more pleasure with your body
I just got back from the Big Island in Hawaii. I had few days of vacation and few days of GYROTONIC ® training with Virginia Holte, West Hawaii Island GYROTONIC®. What a joy to enjoy the healing of this island, and meet new people.
Few have heard of GYROTONIC ®, and few thought it was the best food I was making. I mean after all, anyone would love to have one of these amazing Gyrotonic meals or sessions that teach YOU, and re-educate your body of how to let go of tension while enabling you to move with more joy and ease.
Who would not enjoy not pumping muscle faces while holding their breath faces? Perhaps, some people would enjoy that kind of tension and funny faces, or the one that torture their bodies so it can do miracles as it if doesn’t already experience the miracle that it is.
Anyways, how is your neck feeling right? Are you smiling? Are you breathing? Are you singing?! How’s your posture? How’s your body awareness?
Well, this is all part of Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis movement system.
Sitting in the plane for more than 17 hours, train and cars to top it to 30 hours in two days was a lot. One thing that I saw in the current airplane, airport and different state is the postural alignment of humanity is spiraling down as the technology is rising and taking the spirals of more information, more scrolling and more disconnection up.
A wild trip, indeed. And, many choices of how to stay connected and in alignment within so the energy doesn't spiral down. Grateful to be back home, in nature and opening my schedule for some #online #zoom classes.
