How are you in this very moment? Let’s have a quick check in. Breath in. Hold for 4-3-2-1. Breath out. Hello breath? Let’s take another one. Ready. In-2-3-4. Hold. Hand on heart. Let go-2-3-4. Hello body?Shall we do another round!? Ah, here we go: IN—2-3-4. HOLD. Smile. Bow down to your heart. Exhale-2-3-4. I know..sometimes it feels like work, but then 3 rounds of settling and checking in always makes me smile. I trust you find a moment to pause, and close your eyes and feel your beating heart, and give it a smile. A collarbone smile! I know…lots of demands.
Hello YOU, how are YOU? I actually care for you to acknowledge how in fact are YOU. Take your time. You feel your seat bones smiling, too? Ah, a moment to drop in. Feel the feet, Thigh bones heavy. Breath deeper than 3 minutes ago. Hello HEART, I bow to you!
Now, let’s have a moment and sit together. Feeling your breath? Feeling your curiosity? Perhaps, not. What brings you here? A pause.
It’s been a moment of sitting still, and observing my perception of the current reality. A deep moment, collecting of pure relaxation. A moment of transformation through meditation.
A lot of change in the collective, and a lot of inner change.
So how are you experiencing the current cosmic dance?
Shall we meditate? Do you want clarity and awareness? Perhaps, you do. And, if that is that what’s the current moment is calling you..PLEASE, put a timer for 3 minutes, and allow yourself the time to drop in. Perhaps, you don’t. And, if that’s the current moment for you, may I ask what’s the deeper state that’s calling for you to stay and read through? A big hug from me to you. Because oxytocin always brings the best of confusion and curiosity.
As I am writing, I am wondering how’s your emotional state? Any stress? Let’s have a moment to acknowledge the beautiful moment of you breathing in, and out. Hello, awareness! Hello, breath! Hello, body! Hello, mind! Hello, intuition and insight! HOW THE HECH HAVE YOU BEEN? I know, connection it is a thing! :o) Ah, the self-inquiry, and an invitation to drop in. Drop in this mystical experience of being here, and now. Let's dive into the deeper sense of your purpose: awakening to this moment.
Shall we have a dance with mindfulness meditation?
Here we go: many thoughts. Pull a seat, and get the OBSERVER chair.Please have a seat. Your soul is listening. Your body is still, or they are sensations and you have the best seat of observing it without judgements. Wow! A possibility of inviting the taste of compassion. The body is naturally inhaling, and here we GO: EXHALE. Drop in. Let’s have a moment to breathe with how you see reality as it is. Ah, and we breathe. Shall we go a little deeper with what meditation is? Let’s have a moment to say: “OM, SHANTI”. Hello, mantra meditation! The sound, the frequency, the resonance…ah, let’s repeat it three more times! You feel the elevation of your own voice?! Wonderful! Ah,..NOW..breath: take it all IN-2-3-4.HOLD.Sigh it out -2-3-4. Hello, breath! Hello, pranayama! A depth of going into the transformation of mental and emotional states. And, here we are: deeper into transformation through meditation. Shall we go deeper into the self inquiry of “Who Am I"?”.
I love depth, and I love going to what’s beyond the current reality and perception. I love working with the MYSTERY and the SACRED.
That being said, meditation is a beautiful tool for healing and accessing deeper personal transformation. I trust you had a moment to tap into a brief meditation of being here with me.
